the fraternal department at (800) 344-6273 ext. 244 for a nomination form or go to www.
ncsf.com — click on the fraternalism area and download a form. A person previously
nominated, but not awarded Fraternalist of the Year, may be nominated again.
Completed nominations must be postmarked by May 15.
The Fraternalist of the Year 2017 will be featured in a future issue of the National Catholic
Forester and will receive a $100 donation to the parish ministry of their choice. All
nominated Fraternalists will receive special recognition and an award!
