Methodology
The following report examines the results of a survey that was e-mailed to CCJ
magazine and newsletter subscribers. The purpose of the survey was to gather
general demographic and business practices information concerning CCJ readers and
their fleets.
The html survey was sent as a link in an e-mail cover message in February 2016. As an
incentive to complete and return the survey, respondents were offered entry into a
contest in which they could possibly win various cash prizes. A total of 529
respondents submitted completed questionnaires.
A general analysis is provided for all respondents, as well as cross-tabulations based
on the list source. Of the 529 total respondents, 33 received the magazine only, 168
received the magazine and the newsletter and 328 received the newsletter only. For
analysis purposes, the cross-tabulations have been separated based on those that
receive the magazine (201 respondents) and those that receive the newsletter only
(328 respondents).
