EZ-RJ Pro

HD Crimp Tool
The EZ-RJ Pro HD crimp tool installs Cat5 and Cat6 modular plugs. It is
specifically designed to work with all EZ-RJ45
®
and EZ-RJ12/11 connectors
plus all standard modular plugs, except AMP. Its high-leverage ratcheting
design and ultra stable platform ensure a uniform crimp and trim every cycle.
The HD crimp tool is made to handle larger dimensional size cables that
are tougher to terminate due to larger wire gauges, thicker insulation and pair
separating splines. Crimper features a zero flex frame, tool steel die head
assembly, expanded surface area on contact, wire cutter and strippers, plus
a clean flush trim on the EZ-RJ45 extended conductors. The 18.3-ounce tool
is 8.5" long.

Crimp Tool
The Tele-TitanXg is compatible with RJ45 Cat6A
10Gig shielded connectors. It utilizes a straight action
vertical crimp force that requires minimal hand force
for a perfect crimp. The 12515 tool is sold separately
or in a 10Gig Termination Kit. The 90170 kit system
is designed for terminating larger Cat6E, Cat6A, Cat7
and over-sized Cat5e/6 industrial Ethernet cables.

EZ-RJ45
®
Connectors
Patented EZ-RJ45 connectors simplify twisted pair
terminations by allowing the wires to be inserted through
the connector and out the front, for easy verification of the
wiring order. Electrical performance of the termination is op-
timized by pulling the connector down over the cable jacket
and seating it tightly in the rear of the connector, reducing
the distance between the wire twists and contacts. Series
202000 connectors come in a convenient, reusable jar.

Crimp Tool
The EZ-RJ45 crimp tool is designed to crimp and
trim extended wires of EZ-RJ45 connectors in one
cycle. It features a ratcheting straight action crimp
motion that ensures a uniform crimp every cycle.
Tool has precision cast dies, built in wire cutter and
stripper for silver satin and rust resistant steel frame
Crimper is made for use with EZ-RJ45 Cat 5/5e and
Cat 6 connectors but will also work with other RJ-11,
RJ-12 and RJ-45 connectors, excluding AMP.

Standard Modular Plugs
These high performance RJ45 connectors offer enhanced performance. Modu-
lar plugs feature round solid wire and three-prong contact design. The Cat5e
have a hi-lo stagger, designed to isolate each conductor at the point of termina-
tion. The Cat6 have a two-piece system and staggered loading bar. They are UL
listed plus FCC and RoHS compliant. Sold in packs of 10, 25 and 100.
