The entire PowerPlex product line was designed to be highly productive and simple to use. For instance, the 24- inch hedge trimmer boasts a 90-degree rotating handle for simple operation. The line also includes a quick charger with a tabletop or wall-mount option and comes standard with the T90 battery. The T90 (included) is a 40-volt-max, 2.5-amp-hour and 90-watt-hour, lithium-ion battery, and the T180 (optional upgrade) is a 40-volt-max, 5.0-amp-hour and 180-watt-hour battery. Both batteries include an on-board power meter, and the T180 battery features an integrated LED flashlight; a USB charging port for charging tablets, cell phones and other small devices; and a folding handle for simple transport. Batteries are interchangeable between products, allowing operators to easily switch from one task to another. The Toro Co. Turf Teq Model 1305BC brush cutter Turf Teq's Model 1305BC brush cutter features a 13-hp. Honda engine and is self-propelled with a fully hydrostatic forward/reverse transmission. The machine also features a variable-angle cutting head, allowing the operator to cut under fences, as well as mow around trees and other difficult-to-mow areas. On hillsides, the pivoting feature adds stability to the machine by increasing its overall ground contact pattern. The deck pivots incrementally to the left up to 1 foot beyond the handlebars. The deck also has an adjustable cutting height. The hydrostatic drive provides maximum productivity while operating in a variety of conditions. The operating speed is infinitely variable with the forward/reverse control lever at the operator's right hand. There is no need to stop and change gears to increase or decrease speed or to change direction. All controls are located on the handlebars at the operator's fingertips. The Model 1305BC also features a multi-use tractor with quick attach that can be converted to operate a power edger, power broom, power rake or power plow. Turf Teq, LLC Toro 28-inch hydro-drive brush cutter Toro's all-new 28-inch hydro-drive brush cutter (BRC-28) is a commercial-grade, self-propelled unit that is ideal for many applications and operators. Its durable components and excellent engineering allow operators to level brush, tall weeds, saplings, small trees and heavy vegetation with ease. The BRC-28 can handle brush up to 6 feet tall and saplings up to 2 inches in diameter, thanks to its heavy-duty flail blade assembly. Also featuring a pivoting deck, the BRC-28 delivers a 3-3/4-inch height- of-cut. In terms of operability, a 2-step blade engagement and parking brake ensure that the BRC-28 is as safe as it is dependable. Additionally, the operator can maneuver this powerful machine in both forward and reverse with one hand. Incredibly stable, the standard 6-inch 2-ply sealant-filled aggressive tread tires provide effective traction for brush-removal projects on slopes or in ditches and culverts. The unit also features quality components, including a high-strength steel deck with large-diameter pulleys that optimize the longevity of the belts. Powered by a 452-cc Toro engine, the BRC-28 is both powerful and durable. Furthermore, the unique blade design reduces impacts to the unit while a 1-3/8-inch spindle shaft saddle prevents the blade bolt from loosening during normal operation. The Toro Co.
