TPC LAS VEGAS IS A STANDOUT One standout course has to be the TPC layout here located in Summerlin (15 minutes from the Strip). On land originally owned by billionaire (and 2- Handicapper) Howard Hughes, the TPC Las Vegas is a Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd design that served as the long-time host of the Champions TOUR's Las Vegas Senior Classic. Arguably the best six-hole stretch anywhere culminates with the signature 16th hole. A good tee shot on this longish par 4 will leave a second shot to a green cut into the side of a cliff. It is among the most breathtaking holes you will ever play. televised Wendy's 3-Tour Challenge has been played at Rio Secco every November since 2008. To help you navigate one of the Vegas' toughest courses, guests can reserve a T-Mate caddie for the round.
