The genealogy area focuses on "Batallon de San Patricio: the Irish Heroes of Mexico" (a shared exhibition with Irish Fest) and Traditional Mexican Cuisine – Ancestral, ongoing community culture. Crowds gather for the fun of Mexican Fiesta's contests – Salsa/bachata, El Grito with Mariachi, jalapeno-eating and traditional costume – as well as other exciting competitions. Hotwheelz 2017 car and mo - torcycle show is on Saturday, noon-5pm. A soccer tourna- ment, midway rides, Children's Play Area and Children's Stage add to the fun. On Sunday, Fiesta Run & Walk promotes diabetes and obesity awareness through a fun family event. Also Sunday, a lakefront procession at 10am is followed by Mass. Mass is free, but after Mass, promotions and gate ticket prices apply. The Flag of our Nation, Flags of Our Fathers' Parade is held Sunday at 2pm, an effort by Mexican Fiesta, American GI Forum of Wisconsin and Wisconsin's Latino Veterans. Those attending Mexican Fiesta are helping to support the scholarship program, Wis - consin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation (WHSF). To date, WHSF has provided more than $1,300,000 in college scholar - ships. Hours are noon to midnight. Admission to Mexican Fiesta is $16 at the gate, children eight years and under are free with adult.
