Castrol CRB Monograde (SAE 10W CF, 30 CF, 40 CF/CF-2, and 50 CF/CF-2) diesel engine
oil is designed for use in heavy duty diesel engines, hydraulic systems and transmissions
that specify the use of monograde diesel engine oil. It helps provide protection across
multiple applications, encouraging long and healthy engine life.
Advantages
During its working life, your engine faces challenges from combustion by-products that
can form deposits and thicken the oil. Castrol CRB Monograde helps combat these issues in two ways:
• It contains cleaning agents that help to displace particles that may otherwise build up on your engine surfaces,
reducing deposits
• It also contains anti-oxidants, which help to disrupt the chemical reactions that can lead to oil thickening
Industry Specifications and OEM Approvals by Grade:
Castrol CRB Monograde exceeds the requirements of the following API categories:
• 10W: API CF
• 30: API CF
• 40: API CF/CF-2/SF
• 50: API CF/CF-2/SF
