October 2012 Here are some articles and items that were being covered in the Octo- ber 2012 issue of World Fence News, 5 years ago this month. • The cover showed a fence sys- tem that complemented the new Hous- ton Dynamo stadium. The BBVA Compass stadium is home to the Houston Dynamo professional soccer team. Southland Fence & Supply Co. of Spring, Texas performed the instal- lation, which consisted of the Design- master Classic welded wire fence system by Deacero. Twelve swing gates and six track gates to match the fencing were fabricated. A total of 1,200 l.f. of 8-foot high Designmaster Classic fencing was utilized for the perimeter, and 815 l.f. of 4-foot high Designmaster for the interior and con- course applications.
