Customer Service Answer phone calls and emails from customers, monitoring whether they had a positive or neg- ative experience. If they had a negative experi- ence, make determination how to turn it as pos- itive as possible. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • College degree desired but not required. We will seriously consider mature, professional can- didates with a high school degree who may have received a real-life education via the "school of hard knocks." • At least 3-5 years of overall working experience • Some supervisory experience and/or project management experience • Strong planning, organizational, and manage- ment skills • Knowledge of purchasing and budgeting • Mechanical aptitude • Computer skills – specifically Word, Excel, e-mail and basic data entry • Valid Driver's License with clean, insurable driv- ing record (we will run a background check) • Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work long days and Saturday mornings during the Spring and early Summer – typically the busy season • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Our Working Conditions: Hours vary during the year but Spring/early Sum- mer is typically the busy season and you will be expected to work reasonably long days, usually around 10 hours, plus Saturday mornings.
