Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM) offers several programs for people in need, and invites the community to join us in brightening the holidays for hundreds of individuals, families and seniors in the West Madison, Middleton and Cross Plains areas. MOM's Thanksgiving Program offers complete meals in the form of a Thanksgiving Basket to over 400 individuals and families in need. Items for holiday meals are also given out to people throughout the holidays. With the Food Pantry, one of the largest in Dane County, giving out record amounts of food each month, community donations are needed now more than ever.
