Activity, excitement, and noteworthy changes are taking place at a pace that is unprecedented in this city's modern history. Some of the change is obvious. Cranes loom above rising structures. Downtown buildings are sprucing up with colorful signs and artwork. The sidewalks are busier as more people are working, living, and enjoying a night out in downtown. Some change is less obvious as investors are buying real estate and city government is building and improving our infrastructure. And there are strong signs that the trend of more investment and more activity will continue.
