The other two big winners also were perennial Pride & Polish competitors and owner-operators, Bob Brinker and Austin Ashley. Small fleet owner Bill Rethwisch picked up his second consecutive national championship in the Working Combo category, but this year he did it with a different truck: His 2013 Peterbilt 389 and matching Polar tanker.
