SpinCity (the amusement ride and game area) provides more than 50 rides and attractions, games and well-shaded seating areas. Saz's Famous Racing Pigs race several times daily at The Racing Animals Arena, while the air-conditioned, 200,000 square foot Expo Center and other marketplaces satisfy the shop-aholic. UNIQUE & UNUSUAL FOOD In addition to Original Cream Puffs (the famous fair staple), dozens of other food options abound. The Sporkies contest encourages food vendors to take their creations to the next level. Finalists include Water Street Brewery's Deep-Fried Turducken On-A-Stick (roast turkey, duck confit & fried chicken breast with stuffing and gravy, battered and On-a-Stick, drizzled with WSB Amber beer gravy and Wisconsin cranberry sauce).
