No fence shall be located closer than 12 inches to a public sidewalk. ��� A copy of the plat of survey of the lot upon which the fence or wall is to be constructed shall be submitted to illustrate the location of the proposed fence. ��� Construction: Fences shall be designed and constructed to resist a horizontal wind pressure of not less than 30 pounds per square foot.
