According to a recent study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, concrete pavement's greater stiffness reduces vehicle fuel consumption by as much as 3 percent. That can add up to over 270 million barrels of crude oil and $15.6 billion saved in a single year. It's yet another way that concrete keeps us rolling. Learn more at www.think-harder.org/DEFLATED
