The facility will continue serving market demand for safety and securi- ty, expert sales and service support, and breadth of product, noted Brian Huitt, president of Controlled Prod- ucts Systems Group. "Bringing AA&C into the CPSG family will increase business and development resources and contin- ue to grow our ability to serve exist- ing and new customers," said Huitt. "Near-term, we will focus on best- in-class customer service and a more robust inventory to meet client needs. CPSG's mission is to feature best-in- class products throughout all of its now 35 locations." Ray Etchepare, director of busi- ness development, stated, "Controlled Products has seen tremendous growth and this is our sixth new branch in five years. In addition, we've recent- ly moved several branches into much larger facilities with more inventory, all so our customers have quick access to the products they need." Patrick Hale has joined the CPSG team as assistant branch manager. His knowledge and expertise, along with an expanded local inventory of finished goods, critical service parts and accessories, will ensure a smooth transition for our current installing dealers, Huitt stated.
