Networking News Local women and businesses on the move Attorney Amy Collins has joined Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. A recent University of Wisconsin Law School graduate with a bachelor's in music education, Collins practices family law and estate planning in the firm's Madison office. For the second time, Dean Health Plan received the Gold Well Workplace Award. The award, which recognizes quality and excellence in workplace health, is obtained through adherence to an array of stringent workplace wellness criteria laid out by the Wellness Council of America. Park Bank welcomed Kristi Austin as vice president of private banking. With a background in banking, accounting and high-level fundraising, Austin brings more than 20 years of financial service experience to her new role. Julie Gallagher was named director of operations with Alliant Energy Center. Gallagher has spent the past 20 years directing operations, events and ticketing for the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, Ill. Jennifer Roman recently won this year's ATHENA Award, which honors local women who have achieved excellence in their careers and efforts to better the community. A lieutenant with the Madison Fire Department, Roman has also worked as a paramedic, been a volunteer with the Girl Scouts for nearly 25 years, and recently launched CampHERO, a program aimed at building character and self-esteem in girls by exposing them to careers in protective services including police officers, detectives, firefighters and more. Au Pair Care, an agency that matches American families with international au pairs, named Bonny Wolter as area director in Madison. 8 The number of new members recently elected to the 2013-2014 United Way of Dane County Board of Directors. Among the local leaders elected to help guide the organization were Brenda Gonzalez, Karen Timberlake, Sharyl Kato and Dora Zúñiga.
