Exception: Bulge from section repair (sometimes identified by adjacent, blue, triangular label) is not a defect unless higher than 38 inch. ire has leak thats felt or T heard, or has 50 percent less of the maximum inflation pressure marked on the sidewall. ounted/inflated so tire M contacts part of vehicle at the time of inspection. ire overloaded, including T overload resulting from underinflation. Exception: Does not apply to specialpermit vehicle operated at a speed low enough to compensate for underinflation. f a passenger-carrying veI hicle, regrooved, recapped or retreaded tires.
