TreeDiaper® is an Advanced Hydra-
tion System that acts as a soil moisture
stabilizer for young trees and plants.
Unlike a standard watering bag that
must be filled regularly, it can catch
and retain rainwater before releasing
it very slowly, allowing for low mainte-
nance survival for young trees, even in
inhospitable growing conditions. This

weed growth and extreme temperatures

The science of using sound waves to uncover hidden internal decay or
defects in standing trees is well established. This tool measures the time
it takes for an impact induced stress wave to travel from one sensor
to another across the diameter of a trunk or large limb. Defects such
as decay, cavities and cracks create obstacles requiring the wave to
bypass the defect thus taking more time than a wave moving directly
through defect-free wood between sensors. It can also be used to show
a tree root is connected to a tree trunk to confirm root origination.
