PRODUCTS & Absolut Vodka has released its latest flavor: Absolut Cilantro. The new flavor expression combines the aromatic essence of cilantro with the zesty notes of ripe, juicy lime, according to the company. Absolut Cilantro is offered in 50 ml, 750 ml and 1-liter sizes and retails for a suggested price of $20.99 for a 750 ml bottle. Jim Beam Bourbon has added two new line extensions to its iconic brand. The first, Jim Beam Signature Craft 12-Year is an 86 proof straight Kentucky bourbon aged for 12 years, which incorporates sweet vanilla and oak flavors. The other is Jim Beam Signature Craft Rare Spanish Brandy, which is also an 86 proof bourbon; however, it is finished with a touch of brandy, lending to it light and fruity brandy flavors, which accompany the oak and vanilla characteristics of the bourbon. Both products have a suggested retail price of $39.99 for a 750 ml bottle. They will be available in August at select retailers nationwide. The makers of Canadian Mist announce the release of Mist Flavors, which launched in 14 states throughout the U.S. in June. The new products include Peach Mist, Cinnamon Mist PACKAGING and Maple Mist. They are made by combining Canadian Mist Canadian Whisky with proprietary liqueurs, resulting in smooth and light flavored whiskies. The 70 proof whiskies each have a suggested retail price of $9.99 for a 750 ml bottle. M.S. Walker has released St. Elder, an all-natural Elderflower liqueur crafted in small batches from fresh Elderflower blossoms. This artisanal liqueur features notes of white flowers, lychee, honeysuckle, citrus and alpine herb aromas, the company says, noting that it easily pairs with a variety of spirits and can be used in classic cocktails. It is available nationally for a suggested retail price of $19.99 for a 750 ml bottle. Chilean wine producer Concha y Toro has added a Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir to its Marqués de Casa Concha range. The Marqués de Casa Concha Leyda Poniente Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2011 combines lime, grapefruit and white fruit aromas and flavors with pure minerality and notes of fresh-cut grass, according to the company, and will retail for about $23 a bottle. The Marqués de Casa Concha San Julián Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012 is a moderate-full bodied wine with aromas of strawberries and raspberries blended with notes of toasted oak, the company says; it sells for approximately $26 a bottle at retail.
