It is important to create a workplace culture that encourages young workers to ask questions about any and all health and safety concerns. Look for multiple feature articles on the subject, including one on picking the right pipe for geothermal installations. Safety needs to be a natural and automatic part of our life. We need to always emphasize the importance of completing every job safely with no one injured or hurt. Ronald B.
