Tobacco Asia 65 ed by our farmers, company, and stakeholders. Field personnel have extensive experi- ence in helping our farmers from trainings to solving their problems. It is certainly a rough sea to navigate but with the able assistance of our col- leagues and well-wishers we will reach our destination. Providing basic modern tech- nology and improvising the system to suit the need of the hour should be a good start in the right direction. Setting a suitable and feasible target is the order of the day. We realize that it takes time to rebuild and recover from our losses and at the same time giving the ailing farming community a good headstart is the need of the hour. Rome was not built in a day and surely and steadily we will achieve our targets one by one. This program was started to enhance the livelihood of the farmers. We must say that we did meet with huge successes. Unfortunately, just when we were on a roll, Co- vid-19 struck doom all around the world. We now decided to cut our losses and go full- steam ahead with new plans for diversification in production, amending our business module to ensure that we can give back more to society as well as to the farmer. Secur- ing the farmers a bright and safe future with a healthy lifestyle is our next aim. One of the end-products of oriental leaf. An oriental tobacco processing factory.
