MAXIFORCE CATALOG: A Legacy of Innovation and Growth In today's fast-paced market, adaptability and innovation are critical for success. Paul Kelly, President of Maxi- force, shares how his company is reshaping operations through digital transformation, streamlined logistics, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. By blending cutting-edge technology with a customer-first approach, Maxiforce is setting new standards in the industry. Maxiforce's journey from humble begin- nings to industry leader is deeply inter- twined with the com- pany's iconic catalog, a passion project that was more than just a marketing tool—it was the backbone of the business's growth. Santiago Morales, the visionary behind Maxiforce, created the first catalog in 1994, a design that would go on to play a pivotal role in the company's success. e catalog, which started as a small, horizontally format- ted booklet, was a labor of love that laid the foundation for what Maxiforce is today. e early days of the company were marked by simplici- ty. e first catalogs were hand-drawn concepts that San- tiago meticulously designed. ese orig- inals, now preserved as part of the com- pany's rich history, showcase his person- al dedication and the grassroots approach that fueled the business's early devel- opment. Each catalog was a detailed representation of Maxiforce's commit- ment to its custom- ers, and it set the standard for product catalogs in the sector. In the early 2010s, as the company expanded and diver- sified its offerings, Santiago faced a tough decision: to continue producing printed catalogs or to shi focus to a digital platform. e decision to go digital was revolutionary. e shi to an online catalog was met with resistance at first, as many in the compa- ny, including cus- tomer service staff, were accustomed to the tangible catalog for quick references. However, as Maxi- force's product line grew more complex, with new engines and parts, the printed catalog simply could not keep up. Today, Maxiforce's online catalog is a testament to innova- tion in the industry. It's a far cry from the simple pages of the first printed catalog, now offering 11 IDA Universal January - February 2025
