"Before capsules reach consumers, it is cru- cial that these components perform well during assembly, filling, and shelf life. Preferences for coffee capsules are constantly evolving, which is why IMA Coffee is ready to meet all demands for packaging solutions," explains Panzani. The Coffee Control Room application developed by IMA combines roasting and packaging data with the factory management systems, creating a fully automated end-to-end solution. IMA's scientific approach has resulted in an innovative commercial solution: the SYNKRO machine, specifically designed for filling and sealing compostable capsules. I
