ART OF LIVING NATURAL LANDSCAPING
This type of landscaping uses colorful native plants,
bushes, and trees that manage rainwater while beautifying
your property and helping to promote habitat for local
birds, bees, and butterflies. We'll explore four types of
natural landscaping. Registration required.
APRIL 26TH & 27TH
MUSIC IN THE DRAWING ROOM WITH
AWARD-WINNING ERIC YVES GARCIA.
Eric will join us in Ten Chimneys' historic
Main House highlighting songs of the "The
Great (Anti-) Depression". These songs
were not delusional during hard times but
stared matters straight on and with a smirk
of determination, binding people together
during a difficult period. Songs featured
will include the music of Harry Warren and
Al Dubin from the Gold Digger films of
the 1930s, Noel Coward, Irving Berlin, Yip
Harburg, and Woody Guthrie.
Ten Chimneys, the estate lovingly
created by theater legends Alfred
Lunt and Lynn Fontanne, is open to
the public as a world-class house
museum and national resource for
theater, arts, and arts education.
It is also an ideal venue for your
future corporate event, wedding
reception or private party. Tours
open on Mother's Day, May 11
