Whether you supply parts, perform service, or represent man- ufacturers, the landscape is shifting — and your ability to compete fairly is at the heart of it. If you work in the ag sector, you've prob- ably already felt the ripple effects of the Right to Repair movement — and especially the growing tension around access to parts and diagnos- tics for heavy equipment. We're also using this mo- ment to help all our mem- bers stay smart about how they engage within trade associations like IDA. To support that, we've invited legal counsel to the convention to give a short, informational-only presentation on compe- tition concerns — things like what conversations are okay to have at asso- ciation events, and where the lines are. If you have questions during the session, we ask that you keep them hypothetical to make sure everything stays above board. And if you'd rather talk one-on-one, counsel will be available through- out the convention for pri- vate conversations. These meetings are confidential IDA Universal Aug - Sept 2025
