Celebrating Wisconsin's rich
diversity of cultures since 1943,
the fair's 2025 theme, Celebrate
the Culture of Traditional Music,
explores how music and heritage
are intertwined. "Traditional music
is a tool for the expression of a
culture and its beliefs, history, and
values," said Dr. Paul F. Trebian,
president & CEO of the Interna
-
tional Institute of Wisconsin, pre-
senter of the fair. "While the world
exhibits a wide array of traditional
music, sound is a universal form
of human expression."
EXHIBITS
Explore interactive exhibits
highlighting cultural traditions at
Heritage Lane, which includes
a children's area where young
people explore their heritage.

people together like food. It's the
vessel that helps introduce people
from different backgrounds and
helps us understand one
another."
