"My favorite part of the job is anybody who's in front of me. I really love working
with people who love to get better, doesn't matter what their ability is."—Mat
Blair
Mat Blair's Golf Studio, a brand-new and spacious golf performance center, has
recently opened its doors at their new location in La Porte, Indiana. This state-of-the-art
facility is dedicated to helping golfers of all abilities unlock their full potential.
Mat Blair, a seasoned golf instructor, is passionate about working with
anyone eager to improve their game, regardless of skill level.
For years, Mat Blair dreamed of owning his own local golf studio. After spending
much of his career moving among various schools, clubs, and studios, the idea
remained with him for two decades. In 2016, while driving back to LaPorte from
Valparaiso University, he spotted a building for rent at 304 J Street in La Porte
and decided to pursue his vision. This decision led to the founding of Elite Golf
Performance in 2017. By December 2019, Mat Blair acquired Elite Golf and
rebranded it as Mat Blair's Golf Studio.
