This flexibility has improved both agility and practicality in his daily activities. He values the ability to sign contracts online and access pricing information directly through the platform. These features have stream- lined processes that were previously more time-consuming and dependent on physical interactions. Blank noted that additional features, such as access to past sales invoices and statistical data, would further enhance the platform's utility. Deysi Kunhen Salvador Meurer – Santa Catarina Deysi Kunhen Salvador Meurer emphasized the platform's transparency and speed, noting that it has significantly reduced the need for constant communication with field technicians. She described Pyxus Alliance(TM) as highly practical, particularly because it allows her to complete administrative tasks at more convenient times, such as in the evening when fieldwork is done. A key benefit for Meurer is the elimination of paper- based processes. She values the ability to review inputs, analyze data, and estimate production volumes directly within the app, which enhances planning and decision- making. The platform's flexibility enables her to adjust registrations according to her production needs with greater confidence. But she also pointed out areas for improve- ment: The number of steps involved in certain processes can sometimes create uncer- tainty about whether all actions have been completed. She also suggested that including information such as average tobacco prices from previous seasons and the final cost of inputs—including freight—would provide a clearer financial overview and further strengthen the platform's usefulness. A shared perspective on digital transformation Across these five active user cases, a common theme emerged rather clearly.
