MASTERCRAFT X46 MasterCraft Boat Company unveiled its all-new 24 footer, the 2014 MasterCraft X46. The newly designed twin-tip X46, which replaces the MasterCraft X45, comes in at 8'6" wide and 24'6" long (without the platform). The MasterCraft X46, designed to be a surf machine, has recessed seating at the back allowing people in the boat to get closer to the wakesurf action in a safe way. Products & Services REDUCED VOC AWLCRAFT 2000 AkzoNobel's Awlgrip announces the launch of a new converter and reducers range for their Awlcraft 2000 topcoat system which results in a mixed VOC of just 420g/lt (3.5 lb/gal) when used with any of the Awlcraft 2000 bases, complying with VOC regulations. As the change only applies to the solvent in the system the attributes of the topcoat system remain unchanged from that of the existing system, with the same formulation, application procedures and fast-drying characteristics. Longevity is also unchanged as the dried film remains unaltered from the present formulation. ASA ELECTRONICS POLK AUDIO MORRIS YACHTS M46 The Morris Yachts M46 boasts a new look designed to include elements not often found in classic designs (such as a folddown swim transom) to provide versatility and meet the demands of today's active sailing family. Designed in collaboration with Sparkman & Stephens, the result is a new hull design that includes a longer waterline, enhanced tumblehome and a more traditional bow than her predecessors. ASA Electronics introduces a new Polk marine source unit features Bluetooth, iPod/iPhone capabilities, is SiriusXM ready, and can interface with a digital control panel for two-way data via CAN bus. The PA450UM has a maximum power of 200 watts and can be easily integrated with a boat's digital control panel. The PA450UM has been designed and built to withstand the harsh elements encountered in a marine environment such as temperature fluctuations, UV and corrosion. LANOPROTECT PROPELLER ANTIFOULANT LanoProtect Marine Bio Anti-Foul and Underwater Lubricant is a long lasting, environmentally friendly anti-foul for propellers. It is also an effective underwater lubricant suitable for running gear applications. Specially formulated with an Anti-Microbial Marine Growth Inhibitor designed to give a strangling or suffocating effect of up to 650 living organisms. Prevents corrosion and can help increase fuel efficiency. Can be applied above and below water surfaces. DURASAFE TROLLING MOTOR LOCK The Bow Mount Trolling Motor Lock from DuraSafe offers reliable, affordable theft protection and eliminates the hassle of having to remove the motor when a boat is left unattended. The lightweight lock fits most MotorGuide bow-mounted trolling motors. It replaces the factory knob and still allows users to make height adjustments, but with the turn of a key, the mount is locked and the motor is secured inside. SUPER AIR NAUTIQUE 210 & 230 Completely redesigned for 2014, the Super Air Nautique 210 and 230 incorporate new technology and design features. The improved hull design creates a new and improved wake and seamlessly integrates the Nautique Surf System. The optional Pro Wake/Surf Ballast provides a maximum of 1,750 pounds ballast in the 210 and 2,100 pounds ballast in the 230. Offered in three power classes – 625, 670 and 725 hp – the new D11 engines provide more powerful torque, improved drivability and reduced noise levels compared to other engines in these horsepower classes. The engine will be available for both traditional inboard installations and Volvo Penta IPS.
