CertainTeed vinyl fence satisfies distribution center needs on many levels Educational solutions provider Follett had specific performance and appearance needs in mind when it began considering privacy fence material and style options for its new 550,000-square-foot distribution center in Aurora, Ill. Intended for an outdoor employee break area, the fence material had to be low-maintenance, long-lasting and sustainable to align with the building's LEED® strategy. Regarding appearance, the company wanted the fence's color to complement the white, gray and blue pre-cast concrete exterior of the building and have a more inviting appearance than the average distribution center fence. The company hired Action Fence Contractors, Inc., of Mundelein, Ill., for the project and looked to their guidance on appropriate fence products.
