RINKER CAPTIVA 236 CC Rinker Boats, a division of Nautic Global Group, has introduced a new addition to its cuddy line with the Rinker Captiva 236 CC. The 236 CC features a roomy forward berth and upgraded touches borrowed from Rinker's express cruiser line such as Corian countertops and Brazilwood cabinetry. The cockpit features two hideaway jump seats that stow away into either side of the boat, as well as the Rinker ICE system, which permits easy cooler access through a concealed seat cushion hatch. JOHN DEERE TIER 3 MARINE ENGINES John Deere Power Systems announces that it will meet U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Marine Tier 3 emissions regulations with a complete lineup of diesel engines from 74 to 559 kW (99 to 750 hp). New PowerTech 9.0L and 13.5L Tier 3 propulsion and generator-drive engines join the previously announced 4.5L and 6.8L Tier 3 models. John Deere Tier 3 marine engines meet current European Union emissions requirements for propulsion engines used on recreational crafts and inland waterway vessels. SIDESHIFT STERN THRUSTERS APEX TRIPLE TUBE WITH TORQEEDO DEEP BLUE Torqeedo and Apex Marine have joined forces to combine the Deep Blue 80 hp all-electric propulsion system with the 822TT RLS Triple Tube Pontoon Boat. The 822TT RLS features a pair of rear-facing lounge seats, stainless steel hardware and multiple storage spots. All seats are vented for mildew prevention and easy wash-down. The lightweight Deep Blue motor weighs only 276 lbs. while a single battery weighs 328 lbs.
