Hydraulic Tools and Solutions See the SBL1100 Gantry at ConExpo, in the Silver Lot, Booth #3749 March 4-8, 2014 JCB, booth 1559 Adding to the Hi-Viz loadall range, JCB will launch the 525-60 compact telehandler at the show. Featuring a 20-foot maximum lift height and 5,500-pound load capacity, the 525-60 is just 5 feet 10 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches tall. The unit, which has a side-engine mount design, replaces the 524- 50, 527-55 and 520-50 rear engine models. The engine design permits a low boom pivot point for maximum stability and increased visibility to the rear and across the boom. The Tier 4 Final 2.5-liter JCB Diesel by Kohler four-cylinder engine delivers 74 horsepower. Equipped with a 21-gpm hydraulic pump, the machine delivers auxiliary hydraulic power for a sideshift attachment carriage. Boom functions are controlled by a single servo lever joystick with proportional control of the two-stage boom extension that allows smooth operation and fine control for the operator.
