SAMBALATTE COMES TO LAS VEGAS Las Vegas-based Sambalatte announced the opening of its newest location on the Strip. Opening May 1, the restaurant will be the brand's largest venue to date and will feature a coee bean roaster and coee lab, providing a theater for guests to watch the roasting process. e new 3,300 square foot location is next to the Monte Carlo and will seat 100 guests at a time.
