number of commercially available teas.
First place winners included: Black
Tusk Trading, Florapharm Tea, Garden
to Cup Organics, International Tea
Importers, Mountain Tea, Naivetea,
Octavia Tea, QTrade Teas & Herbs,
Sipping Streams Tea Company,
TeaSource, Tea Xotics and Walters
Bay. Garden to Cup Organics led the
championship with four rst-place
honors, four second-place wins and a
third place recognition.
All submissions were evaluated
blind and through organoleptic
analysis for dry leaf, brewed color,
brewed aroma, brewed avor, brewed
mouth-feel and brewed harmony. For
