Red blotch has more impact on yield and fruit sugars compared to leafroll, so reducing cropping levels may be a tool that helps in managing the virus. This is a typical example where symptom-based diagnosis can be misleading (due to overlap between leafroll and red blotch), and virus testing is needed to provide a reliable answer.
