You may also choose to fax or mail in your order. SALES TAX U.S. law requires collection of applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI SHIPPING CONTINENTAL U.S. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Unless otherwise specified, orders ship regular ground service, and the final shipping charges are added to the invoice. A minimum freight charge of $7.95 applies to all orders. Please allow up to two weeks for regular ground delivery. See "RUSH" for expedited shipping details. OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S. All Canadian and international orders require a processing fee which is automatically added to the invoice. If you would like a shipping and processing quote please email the items you are interested in to logobrandshop@bdainc.com. Otherwise, place your order online at www. logobrandshop.com. An email notification will be sent within 24 hours to advise freight charges, processing fee, and order total. Please respond with an approval confirmation to the email notification within 72 hours, or the order will be cancelled. Placement of international orders is also available by calling a customer service representative at 1.425.398.6346. International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs/duty charges. RUSH For faster service, next day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is available for in-stock items within the continental U.S. Orders must be placed by 1 pm PST Monday-Friday for same day shipment. Rush fees apply. Rush service is not available for backordered items or international orders. GENERAL When an order is shipped and an email address has been provided, an Automatic Shipment Notification is emailed to you when in-stock merchandise has been ordered. The notification is generated within a few hours of package shipment, and contains a description of the order details and a link for shipment tracking. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES LogoBrandShop strives for your complete purchase satisfaction. If a return is required, please refer to the returns and exchanges form included in the shipment. For any other return questions, please call 866.569.9029 to speak to a customer service representative. Exchanges and returns can be accommodated; however, shipping and handling are not refundable, and LogoBrandShop is not responsible for costs associated with the return shipment or lost returns.
