OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S. All Canadian and international orders require a processing fee which is automatically added to the invoice. RUSH For faster service, next day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is available for in-stock items within the continental U.S. Orders must be placed by 1 pm PST Monday-Friday for same day shipment. Rush fees apply. Rush service is not available for backordered items or international orders. GENERAL When an order is shipped and an email address has been provided, an Automatic Shipment Notification is emailed to you when in-stock merchandise has been ordered. The notification is generated within a few hours of package shipment, and contains a description of the order details and a link for shipment tracking.
