ANTHONY LEMENS
Growing up in Door County, Anthony Lemens grew up working
in restaurants that were seasonally driven and emphasized local
ingredients. In 2006 Anthony graduated MATC and took a job as sous
chef at the Capitol Chophouse. In 2007 he was noted in Madison
Magazine as an up and coming local chef. In 2009, Anthony took an
opportunity to live in England where he worked in a Michelin Starred
restaurant. Now serving as the executive chef of the Madison Hilton,
Anthony brings his passion for local and seasonal products to the
guests of the Madison Hilton.

Lee Drapp is a Wisconsin Native and General Manager of the locally
owned Ruth's Chris Steak House in Middleton. Ruth's Chris started in
Louisiana in 1965 by founder Ruth Fertel. Our USDA Prime Midwest
Beef is the top 2% of all beef and served on a 500-degree plate with a
touch of butter. The carpet we roll out, comes sizzling medium rare.
