December 2010 – Encon launch- es its Apollo Repair Center. For years, Encon has been an authorized FAAC repair center, and in 2010 they ex- panded this program to include Apol- lo operators. They offer non-warranty repairs and/or complete operator rebuilds assembled entirely in-house. This ser- vice allows dealers to save time and avoid expensive shipping costs to the manufacturer. Encon also offers a re- furbished operator program. Dealers may exchange old, worn out machines for freshly rebuilt operators for a frac- tion of the cost of new. Francisco Rodriguez FENCETECH 2015 dates change slightly The American Fence Association has announced a slight change in the dates of Fence Industry Week and FENCETECH 2015, to be held in Or- lando, Florida next year. The Fence Industry Week education and certifica- tion sessions will now be held Tuesday, Feb. 3 – Friday, Feb. 6, 2015. The FENCETECH exhibit hours will be Wednesday, Feb. 4 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Thursday, Feb. 5 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Friday, Feb. 6 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. There will be no Saturday show hours in 2015.
