Gaetano Pesce New York: 10012 543 Broadway, where Gaetano Pesce has worked for over 30 years, is more laboratory than artist's studio. The long and narrow room is filled with the material remnants and artifacts of a life devoted to research and creation. Here, invention and innovation have led to innumerable ideas and objects, many of which are represented in the landmark exhibition, "Gaetano Pesce: The Time of Diversity" at the MAXXI National Museum of XXI Arts in Rome through October 5. When Brent Lewis isn't arranging exhibitions and programming for Wright New York, he's visiting the studios of an enviable list of creatives. Every so often, he shares his impressions with Cultured.
