And, look to our universities and neighborhoods for smaller museums which are gems of culture and information. As the cooler weather sets in, the performing arts heat up. Our symphony, ballet and theatre companies are all world class. Milwaukee weather pushes many inside, and during our winter, inside is a fine place to be. You also can head to Red Arrow Park and skate at the outdoor ice rink. On days that are too cold to spend outside, explore Milwaukee's breweries and enjoy the fun tours and tastings. Follow up with a visit to Brady Street or the Historic Third Ward for a meal, some window-shopping and a walk through one of the numerous art galleries.
