As classified by the Brewers Association, large brewers produce more than 6 million barrels annually. Brewers that produce between 15,000 barrels and 6 million are classified as regional. This growing micro brewer even produces beer infused with tea from Milwaukee's Rishi Tea. Sprecher was the area's first micro brewer and now produces a broad menu of beers, including seasonal specialties as well as custom beers.*
