measures and collects data in their Belding orchard.
Elizabeth was the 2013 Michigan Apple Queen.
It's hard to write a number on a small apple using a marker. Some of the data collectors used small code marks or dots on the apples or stems as a way to
help ensure the same apples are measured each time.
