Products & Services 48 | Boating Industry | April 2015 www.BoatingIndustry.com MERCURY 4.5L 200HP STERNDRIVE Mercury Marine has introduced the 4.5L 200hp sterndrive, based on the 4.5L 250hp sterndrive introduced by Mercury in 2014. It features newly designed rear facing throttle body, anti-whistle throttle plate, engine cover and mounts, lightweight fl ywheel, fuel supply module and structural oil pan. The 4.5L V-6 also offers Adaptive Speed Control (ASC), which automatically maintains the set rpm point regardless of load or condition changes, such as tight turns, tow sports and lower speeds on plane. BOSTON WHALER 320 VANTAGE The 320 Vantage is the latest in Boston Whaler's series, following the 270 and 230 Vantage. Designed with entertainment and plentiful seating in mind, two spacious benches convert seamlessly to form multiple confi gurations— facing forward or aft, combined to form a huge sun lounge, with bolsters up, with or without the aft ottoman engaged. For entertaining, the cockpit utility center comes with electric grill, fridge and sink and can be optioned as a complete fi sh prep station. At the helm, a VesselView display and available Raymarine navigation electronics offer seamlessly integrated control. VOLVO PENTA FORWARD DRIVE Designed with water sports in mind, the Volvo Penta FWD begins with forward-facing dual counter-rotating props with an adjustable-trim drive. This patented and innovative design pulls the boat through the water rather than pushing, with an undisturbed water fl ow to the propellers. Drivers will also be able to customize the wake for different ability levels and the forward-facing DuoProp, with counter-rotating propellers, offers an industry-fi rst symmetrical wakeboarding wake and equally shaped wakesurfi ng wave. FURUNO NAVNET TZTOUCH2 Furuno's newest Multi Function Display introduction, the NavNet TZtouch2, is designed to make TZtouch more intuitive, while also adding new features. Every NavNet TZtouch2 display has a built-in Fish Finder that is dual- frequency (50/200kHz), and has a 600W/1kW power output using new RezBoost technology that utilizes Furuno's exclusive digital signal processing protocol to produce fi sh targets and images that are four to eight times sharper than a conventional Fish Finder. SCOUT 420 LXF Scout's 420 LXF is the sixth model in the LXF Collection, comprised of luxury sportfi sh models that blend high- performance fi sh boats with high-end cruisers. The 420 headlines in this category which includes the 255, 275, 300, 320 and 350 LXF models. The epoxy-infused hull provides more stability while reducing the overall weight in the boat and the 420 LXF is outfi tted with quad engine confi gurations, including Yamaha F350s or Mercury's new 350 Verados.
