While it looks like a building that doesn't have any, that whole
expanse is actually windows. They took the local tradition of
screen-making and created this brise soleil—a sun shading device in
front of complete glazing. So, rather than think of windows as pop, pop,
pop, the entire thing becomes visually open to nature but shaded from
neighbors and the sun, just by reengaging with this ancient technique.
