78 CULTURED 19 SECOND TIME AROUND Last year, Monica Khemsurov and Jill Singer, founders of the website Sight Unseen launched OFFSITE, a curated design fair that coincides with the International Contemporary Furniture Fair and NYCxDESIGN, May 15-18. This year, they bring their design prowess to a new location, closer to ICFF, with nearly 40 booths and a handful of special projects. "The centerpieces will be an immersive installation by The Principals and 'Carpet Paradise Photo Booth' by Katie Stout," says Singer. "And we have a surprise up our sleeves with a Print All Over Me installation." As if that weren't enough, they'll be curating a booth at Collective Design fair, May 13-17. offsite.sightunseen.com 20 SINGAPORE SLING A new wave of culture is sweeping over the Southeast Asia city-state Singapore.
