Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) has announced a num- ber of personnel changes and addi- tions to strengthen its San Jose, Calif. branch. CPSG has recruited Daniel Forte as a Technical Sales Associate. Forte holds his CAGOI (Certifi ed Automat- ed Gate Operator Installer) certifi ca- tion and has worked in the industry since 2003. Brad Han- cock, formerly CPSG San Jose Branch Manag- er, has accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager and will cover Northern California and Northern Nevada. He has been in the industry since 1997 and has worked for CPSG since 2012. He also holds his CAGOI certifi cation. CPSG has also hired John Rhodes as the new San Jose Branch Manager. Rhodes has over 25 years experience in warehouse and person- nel management, and has many years of experience working directly and indirectly with contractors in many different trades. Zach Eichenberger, former- ly CPSG Director of Gate Automa- tion Sales, has accepted the position of CPSG Product Manager. He now plays a key role in managing CPSG's extensive and diverse product line of over 200 different manufacturers. Eichenberger has worked for CPSG since 2014 and has been in the access control industry since 1995. He also holds his CAGOI certifi cation. Maya Koontz, Administrative Assistant, has been a key CPSG team member since 2013 and continues to man- age RMA's and offer top customer service. Dan Pierson, Warehouse / Cus- tomer Service, has been another key team member to the CPSG San Jose branch since 2012. He is responsible for shipping and receiving, and continues to enhance his industry knowledge and provides superb customer service, CPSG stat- ed. (CPSG photo) CLFMI releases revised fence guidelines The Chain Link Fence Manufacturers Institute (CLFMI) has announced the release of the newest editions of their two most highly-respected and most used technical guidelines, the CLFMI Product Manual and the Wind Load Guide for the Selection of Line Post Spacing and Size. The publications are used extensively throughout the world by architects, specifi ers, contractors, government agencies, contracting authorities, and consumers to assure that they are specifying, using, and properly installing chain link fencing systems. The guides cover commercial, industrial, residential, and high security chain link fence projects and uses. These new editions, plus all of the other publications in the CLFMI Li- brary, are available for free downloading at www.chainlinkinfo.org. Other useful downloadable pubs include: • Security Fencing Recommendations. This guide provides the answers to questions about which chain link fencing systems to use for various levels of perimeter security. Includes references to applicable ASTM and federal specifi cations and sample installation drawings. • Field Inspection Guide.
