Training di- rector Tim Nord- strom celebrated his 26th year, while marketing veteran Nelson Call reached his 18th year anniver- sary. Sales techni- cians Billy Ken- nedy and Jeffrey Harris II hit their 12 year and 10 year milestones, respectively. Customer ser- vice manager Felicia Esguer- ra achieved her 10 year anni- versary, and customer service representative Brianna Sier- aroski marked the youngest anniversary, celebrating her 4th year with the company. "This list of tenured employees is impressive, but not unusual for En- con," said VP of Operations and Sales, Jeff Harris. "Over 50% of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years, and nearly a quarter have passed their 20 year milestone. "Our company prides itself on customer service, and by maintain- ing a team of experienced and unifi ed employees, we can focus on learning about new products and providing our customers expert tech support," Har- ris added. On March 31, Walt Bowden joined the Encon team.
