In the East Town area, don'tmiss the Celebration of Plein Air and OtherWinter Artworks atDELIND GALLERYOF FINE ART, 450 E.Mason St. "For this show,we've asked a fewdozen artists to 'surprise us'withwhatwinter inWisconsin means to them," says gallery owner Bill DeLind. The exhibition opens Jan. 11 and continues through Feb. 11. Also in the East Town area, the CATHEDRALOF ST JOHN, 802N. Jackson St., is exhibiting the art- work of "thosewho are incarcerated –men, women and children." The display is centered in the Cathedral Treasury. The Cathedral alsowill be open for self-guided tours from5-8 p.m. Jan. 20.
