Customers or stakeholders now have direct access to all that the ITMGroup has to offer in terms of e-cigarettes. With the new online platform, TDC aims to inform its clients about the company's innovative e-cigarette manufacturing solutions. Among other things, the platform contains information about the Genesis machinery and about TDC's view on next-gener- ation machinery for the e-cigarette. In addition to the platform, a blog on e-cigarette related news and developments is available as well. Following the huge success of the introduction of the first automated solution for e-cigarettes at the Vapemania 2014 event, TDC has decided to further solidify its role as a partner for knowledge, know-how and product and machine development for the e-cigarette industry. With this, TDC wants to support its customers with relevant information regarding developments in legislation, research and other e-cigarette-related issues. Together with the Solaris, ITM's multi-segment in-line technology, the company now offers a complete portfolio of solutions for Risk Reduced Products (RRP). Other services include equipment layout and footprint prepara- tion, installations, maintenance support, troubleshooting, contractor management, data system maintenance and automation IT support as well as locally-stored original spare parts. With its proven Continuous Improve- ment framework (OEE- Sense Us) ITM and TAM are able to improve customer's efficiency-flexibility ratio.
